I ordered a dishwasher from Lowes nearly two weeks ago. Have yet to receive a scheduling call, have left several unanswered messages, and the one time I spoke with someone on the phone they were incredibly rude and seemed to have no idea when I'd be able to schedule an installation. I will be advising Lowes to end contracted work with this company.
I called South East Plumbing numerous times and there were no responses. Now I am working with NC State Board of Examiners of Plumbing, Heating and Fire Sprinkler Contractors to file a formal complaint.
WORST plumbing service ever!
P.S. Don’t be fooled by the 2 five-star reviews by Shannon Darnell and Jamie Darnell. If you go to NC Secretary of State’s website to check this company’s document filings, you will see that Shannon Darnell and Jamie Darnell are two board members of this company.
I just wanted to share a review here....have been trying for almost 2 months to get a receipt from some work that was done in my home. I have called and emailed. This company charged an incredibly high price for 20 minutes of work that was done and did not provide a receipt. After the work was supposedly "finished" they had to come back out because the valves were not set correctly and I could not get any hot water. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will put up a fb post for others not to get service here. I have since turned to Realized Rennovations and they have been awesome!
I asked this company to install a dishwasher but they improperly installed the drain hose, which caused water damage to my floor, cabinets and dry wall. I had to call my insurance company and it cost me $1,000 to fix all of them.

Purchased a dishwasher through Lowes which apparently uses this company for installations. I was told to expect a call to schedule an installation date/time within 48 hours. After multiple calls to Lowes and no response from South East Plumbing, I finally cancelled the order after a week without a properly functioning dishwasher.
